THIS REGISTRATION IS  FOR WITCHES 14U FUTURES PLAYERS.  Current players in the program do not need to register.

The team will be managed by Meg McDonald.

Meghan McDonald  was offered an athletic scholarship by the University of Maryland in 2007, but chose to attend Stockton College instead.  Before her playing career began there, she underwent career-ending hip surgery.  Prior to college, Meghan was the starting catcher for Borrdentown Regional High School for four years where she earned “player of the week” accolades multiple times, broke the record for most hits in a season, and led her team to back to back NJ Central Group II championships in 2006 and 2007.  Meghan was named “Female Athlete of the Year” during her senior year at Bordentown.

Meghan played travel ball with the West Jersey Witches from 1999 until 2005, then one year with the Jersey Monsters before returning to the Witches for the 2006-07 season.  Meghan was a catcher and shortstop.  At Stockton, Meghan stayed involved in softball, serving as a team manager for the spring season.

THIS REGISTRATION IS  FOR 18U WITCHES Gold and Elite PLAYERS   (grad year: 2020-2023).  Current players in the program do not need to register..  ELITE TEAM IS FULL

In recent years the Witches have placed numerous players in top Division I, II and III programs, including Mississippi State (SEC), St. John’s (Big East) and UPenn (Ivy).   Witches Gold and Witches Elite will play showcases.  The Witches organization is fully supportive of the college recruiting process. For players wishing to continue their softball career in college, the Witches offer the expertise of a recruiting coach, who will guide players through the process. 

Witches Gold will continue to be managed by Shawn Allen, who has successfully led the Gold team for over 20 years.

Witches Elite will be managed by Alyssa Silipino.  As a former Witch and four letter recipient at Hammonton High School, she continued her softball career as a division I player for four years at Mount Saint Marys. Today she is the assistant softball coach at Stockton University.
